Fashion Glass and Mirror (Fashion) is a subcontractor that provides shower glass, mirrors, and various other glass products to the new home construction industry. What we did:

Since Fashion had around computer users along with 17 servers (both on-prem and virtual) plus a lean staff, we worked on upgrading their existing IT systems and implementing additional hardware and software to increase their operational efficiencies.

We also worked on strategically increasing their security posture to make sure they are protected against constantly evolving cyberthreats. This included creating new security policies and procedures along with security awareness training for their staff.

Results:

Their operations are more efficient, which helps their lean staff maximize their performance and the proactive IT Services strategy prevents any threats from becoming larger issues that could lead to downtime or security breaches.

What we did:

We helped them set up their cloud to improve their file sharing and collaborative capabilities with team members both in the office and remotely. This included upgrading and setting up their servers to ensure rapid and reliable access.

In addition, we helped set up their email hosting, manage their printers and other communications tools to optimize their workflow. This included being the main contact for multiple IT related vendor relationships, so they only had one contact (us) for any IT- related support issues.

Lastly, we increased their cybersecurity posture by implementing various cybersecurity tactics and tools and showed them how to control access to their network and confidential information.

Results:

They have more time to serve even more veterans and those living with mobile disabilities now that they have a streamlined, efficient and secure IT Services.
